2024 Recruitment Fair Application-Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Support Staff Recruitment Fair will be hosted Tuesday, June 25,2024 from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. In the Galactic Multipurpose room 15955 New Halls Ferry Rd. Florissant, MO 63031.
Pre-registration begins Thursday, March 21, 2024 and ends on Monday June 24 , 2024. Registration is complete once your application is successfully submitted!
Qualifications:
  1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB preferred, BCBA-eligible to be considered
  2. Applicant possesses 1-3 years of experience working with children ages 3-5 with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
  3. Applicant requires a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or similarly related field of study

Essential Functions:
  • Assist the diagnostic team in determining eligibility of service needs for students requiring utilization of applied behavior principles
  • Attend IEP meetings to help develop appropriate goals and objectives and create transition plans
  • Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses
  • Develop and monitor functionally based behavior intervention plans
  • Help to develop and implement Positive Behavior Supports in the Early Childhood program
  • Develops, facilitates and conducts training utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis to teachers, therapists and staff
  • Completes student skill assessments and develop classroom and individual student programs accordingly
  • Participate on the Leadership Team for PBIS and ECE
  • Participation in crisis intervention
  • Develops and identifies resources and support information for staff and students
  • Other duties as necessary

Period of Employment: 12 monthsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
