You will assist the attorneys in creating traffic files for each client, entering the attorney's appearance, requesting recommendations from the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, filing continuances or other motions, communication with the court and the prosecutor's assistant and communication with clients.
You will assist the attorneys in all aspects of Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation cases.
The Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation cases only account for approximately 20% of our case load.
You will be responsible for ordering medical records, review medical records, pay expenses, communication with insurance companies, communication with clients and prepare demand for settlement.
You will also answer and assist client phone calls, scheduling, filing - receptionist/secretarial duties.
The salary is negotiable based on experience.
No experience is required but some knowledge would be helpful - will train if necessary.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
