Currently, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multi-family residential property in the vibrant Florissant, MO area.
The ideal candidate will share our commitment to excellence and possess a proven track record in property management.
Responsibilities:
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful operations of the assigned buildings.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supervising Assistant Managers, Leasing Agents, and Maintenance staff to ensure the delivery of top-quality services.
Assisting in the lease-up process to maintain consistently high property occupancy.
Upholding company policies and procedures and promptly addressing resident requests or complaints with efficiency and courtesy.
Demonstrating sound judgment in daily interactions with residents and prospective applicants, as well as in handling other business-related matters.
Developing and managing the operational and capital budgets for the property, tracking financial performance, and implementing strategies to enhance the asset's value.
Recruiting, hiring, training, and effectively leading associates to achieve performance goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a professional who meets the following criteria:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in multifamily property management, demonstrating a strong grasp of property-level accounting within a budgetary framework.
Self-motivated with effective team leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
A successful history of maintaining high property occupancy, minimizing turnover, and reducing delinquency rates.
Proficiency in federal, state, and local laws pertaining to property management.
Possession of a valid Driver's License.
