Stocking freight to shelves - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Supervise and train retail staff, including conducting employee orientation and performance evaluations - Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise - Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve store goals - Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement training programs for staff development - Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management or assistant manager role preferred - Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices - Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills - and a positive work environment.
