They need to be computer and software proficient as well as a quick learner and a flexible team member.
This is a PART-TIME 1st shift temporary position that could lead to a permanent position in an administrative role.
Ideal Candidate will have the following skills:
Outstanding customer service/communication skills Detail Oriented Cold calling skills Quality control capability Ability to clearly and effectively communicate to clients via phone and email Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to create visual aides.
Such as brochures and flyers Ability to multitask and focus on key priorities Proficient in English writing and language Quick learner Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and records.
Order office supplies as required.
Assists with coordinating meeting setup as necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 year work experience in an office setting is a plus.
