Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability - Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve store targets - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations - Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management or retail management is preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates - Proficient in basic math and retail math calculations - Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Note:
