Excellent opportunity for Process Technician with demonstrated experience performing frequent tooling changes for low volume production runs.
Acceptable Background and
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years supporting blow molding production processes, experience setting, breaking down, cleaning and maintaining molds is required.
- Familiarity with fast tooling changeover in industrial manufacturing process.
Activities:
- Shall support up to 20 machine operators and supervise actions during molding changes.
- Perform first runs of products, inspecting output and performing updates to machines.
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on high precision blow molding machines.
Starting hourly rate up to $35 an hour and time and a half overtime with full health benefits for medical, dental and vision as well as pension plan with matched 401(k). End of year performance bonus with opportunities for advancement. Paid equipment and process training for new hires.
